Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy is different for everyone, but many problems can be addressed in as few as 6-12 sessions. My goal is to be efficient and effective, helping you understand what is challenging you and helping define the best way to make positive changes so you can get back to living your best life.

  • What makes me different is my original career in consultative problem solving. I know how to quickly identify issues and guide my clients to find a solution that works best for them.

    What also sets me apart is my holistic approach to therapy. I know that sleep, food, sunshine and movement affect they way we feel so I consistently check in with my clients about other aspects of their life that might be adding to their challenges.

  • My clients tell me I’m grounding, calming, fun and helpful. I guide with empathy, logic, and and humor if it’s called for. Therapy is work but it can also be uplifting and quite fulfilling.

  • I offer individual, couple, and family therapy, as well as pre-marital counseling and parenting-focused sessions.
