About me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Overland Park, KS. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and based on my belief that meaningful change comes from understanding yourself deeply—not focusing on “fixing” what feels wrong. Our work will go deeper than the immediate problem to explore the patterns, expectations, and experiences that shape how you view the world. I make room for both science and intuition, insight and humor, practical change and bigger existential questions about meaning, connection, and what you want your life to be. We’ll work together to help you understand what no longer fits, reconnect with what’s important to you, and move forward feeling grounded and connected to who you deeply are.
My therapy style is conversational, warm and direct. I ask questions, I notice patterns. I use compassion and intellect to dive deeper when we can. I will challenge you when it’s useful and I’ll incorporate humor when appropriate.
Most importantly, I’ll help you identify what helps you feel seen, heard, and understood.
