Therapy for Growth

Peace. Resilience. Evolution.

How do I find a good therapist?

Finding a therapist you feel confident talking with can be really hard, especially when you already feel overwhelmed, frustrated, depressed, stressed or anxious. I get it. I believe that the therapist-client connection is above all the most important aspect of therapy, it’s what fuels the comfort and confidence to grow. This practice might be right for you if you are:

  • A teen feeling frustrated and not good enough.

  • A parent feeling over-whelmed, over-worked, under-cared for.

  • A high schooler or college student feeling the weight of life and the anxiety that goes along with it.

  • A professional changing jobs or dealing with a layoff.

    Anyone who is…

  • facing a major life transition.

  • bored with life and wanting more.

  • frustrated with your marriage or relationship.

  • grieving a loss.

  • wanting to find deeper connection to your true self.

About me

I am a person who seeks balance because I know what it feels like to be out of balance. Small things become overwhelming, little irritations become too much to carry, and patience, hope, and drive dwindle. I know what it is like to build a career, build a family, and feel the stress of a fast-paced life. And I know how to help you regain the balance in your life so that you can feel better.

I dive in fully to my holistic approach to living a balanced life through my hobbies of wellness: yoga, meditation, gardening, and cooking. I have a strong sense of empathy and compassion, a knack for tapping into humor when appropriate, and a bent for critical thinking. I am a non-religious spiritual person and I welcome everyone into my therapy office.

I work most often with clients who are facing anxiety, grief, confusion, loss of sense of self, parenting challenges and difficult life stage transitions.

My clients tell me I am calming, insightful, and easy to talk to. My goal in therapy is to help you see the patterns in your life that aren’t serving you, and help you create new patterns that bring joy to you and your relationships.

Schedule a time to talk.

I see everyone from teens to elders facing a range challenges including: high school, college, career changes, marriage, parenthood, post-partum, divorce, mid-life challenges, adulthood, empty nesting, and late life challenges.

It can feel really hard to find a therapist you connect with when you’re already feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, depressed or anxious. I get it. So let’s talk to see if we are a good fit. I offer brief intro consultations, which you can book online.
